Moving here to the delavan wisconsin area from Illinois i was used to a certain kind of pizza! Anyone from Chicagoland will know what im talking about! Lol While being in the area for 2 1/2 years ive tried pretty much every pizza joint in the area and was never pleased until i tried this establishment! Great food and most importantly awesome pizza with tons of flavor and cheese! Mmmmmm...! Very quick delivery, food always hot and fresh and if dining in, its a very friendly, courteous and comfortable atmosphere! Just happy i finally found my go to pizza joint after a long search for good pizza!
Let’s talk about this 20 pizza. This is the ultimate original sin pizza. When I first opened the box I was mad because the pizza was so small...the size of one of those 1.75 pizzas at Walmart ....for 20. I did order a small so I can’t be that upset lol. As you can see by the picture, it doesn’t like all that amazing....I was going to leave a 1 star review right then and there, but something said just try it first. Wow. I’m glad I did. I have never experienced pizza this good before. The ingredients were the freshest I’ve ever had on a pizza...the meat cooked to perfection, the garlic and herbs at perfection. Unlike store bought or chain pizza that’s loaded with salt - the person who cooked this pizza clearly understood how to properly season without resorting to mountains of salt. I had watched a Gordon Ramsey video where he talked about this, and I feel like this was my first time experiencing the concept. Just wow all around. My only complaint is that I didn’t order the largest size they had. For a pizza this good you definitely will want leftovers. It was worth every cent. Genoa Pizza - please don’t change.
Best food delivery in Delavan! I ordered the Italian beef with cheese....perfect amount of meet and cheese, perfect amount of Sauce for dipping. French fries were still hot and crispy! Will definitely be ordering again! Thanks so much!
Extremely friendly, very well decorated, and clean throughout the whole restaurant. I'm a traveler, I've been all over the U.S. and few places stand above the rest. This is one of those places. We ordered an extra large pizza, garlic cheese bread, soup and a bowl of chilli. The pizza and cheese bread are the restaurant chains recipes and were ok but let me tell ya, the soup and chilli are the owners/chiefs personal recipes that he added to the menu and are out of this world delicious. The chilli had I believe he said 3 different kinds of beans and was just the right amount of spicy. I'm not a fan of super spicy but it did have my lips tiggleying. This is a place I'd drive out of my way to come back too. Can't wait to see what kind of things he'll add to the menu this summer.
I ordered the Tuscan Chicken Dinner a La Carte and a small Sicilian pizza. Not only was the food on time and still very hot, it was delicious and the portions were generous! Plus, very friendly staff. 5 stars all the way. Thank you!
I am having a difficult time understanding all these negative reviews. Genoa Pizza of Delavan, WI saved my mine and my husband's dinner plans tonight! I originally was going to order from Jo jo's pizza. I called Jo jo's for delivery and asked for the chicago style pizza. They had no idea what I was talking about! So I literally drove to Jo jo's to show them the picture of the pizza I wanted off their menu. They were even further rude to me and told me they would not help me and to go somewhere else. So, I found myself ordering from Genoa tonight. The pizza was delivered quickly in less time than they had quoted me and it was warm upon arrival. The chicago style pizza I received from Genoa was delicious with the toppings covering the pizza. Jo jo's lost my family's business forever as of tonight and I'm very happy to say I have a new restaurant to go to when I need pizza, Thank you Genoa!
Last time I ordered the Sicilian, for pick up. 1/6 Today, we ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust for delivery. It was very filling for two people, delicious and we loved that we got a cup of sauce with it too!
Had a Sicilian Pizza and it was awesome! Real cheese, fresh vegetables and sauce was good. Interior looks like was remodelled. Granite countertops and modern light fixtures.
